Our Physiotherapist Karen is here to help! Karen is running a FREE rehabilitation class for back pain sufferers that will not only improve your strength and fitness, but will also increase your comfort in everyday life!
The class is designed to address common weaknesses that can cause injuries and back pain. Each session will comprise of a series of stretching and strengthening exercises aimed at improving your posture, spinal mobility, core strength, flexibility and overall physiological well-being.
Exercises will be modified and gradually progressed according to the ability of the individual. Initially, there will be a degree of learning as many of the exercises incorporated throughout the sessions may be new to most people. However, with practice and guidance you will become familiar with the exercises which can then be performed at home with little or no equipment.
Each class is limited to a maximum of twelve participants. This will enable Karen to closely monitor your technique at all times and to give you individual attention.
There is no limit in age or ability.

Wednesday 1.00pm-1.40pm, Squash courts, Cotswold Leisure Centre, Tetbury Road, Cirencester.
